In order to decide which tests to update and what to change, we analyzed test data across all of our clients to calculate pass rates, difficulty levels, and other item statistics. Findly SkillCheck Industrial/Organizational psychologists and subject matter experts then examined each item for clarity, context, language, and consistency within the current call center environment.
