The solution

To engage candidates earlier in the selection process and enhance cultural compatibility, Molson Coors partnered with Symphony Talent.
Symphony Talent produced a realistic culture preview assessment that showcased the company culture to increase engagement and predict cultural compatibility.
Molson Coors provided expert input to align the competencies measured with their global competency requirements.
Individuals scoring in the top 25% on the assessment were 2.3 times more likely to be rated in the top 25% on cultural compatibility. Molson Coors was able to identify candidates that fit their culture, while maintaining their talent pool.
